Activate and manage your tag with CloakTag.
Activation connects an eligible Tagnook QR or NFC tag to your private CloakTag space, where you can update the item and reply to finder messages.
Until it is enabled for your order, Tagnook support will help you activate securely.

Locate the sealed activation card included with the recovery-enabled item.

Use the setup code and the email from your order to connect only your tag.

Set up the item
Name it, choose the return details, and keep personal contact information off the tag.

What activation does - and does not do
Activation connects a scannable tag to your recovery space. It does not provide live location tracking or promise that an item will be recovered.
Lost your insert code?
Contact support using the email from your order. Do not include the private code in your first message.
Is a child's name shared?
A child's printed name is not entered into the recovery system. You choose the item details that may appear on the return page.
Does every label need activation?
No. Plain name labels have nothing to activate. Activation applies only to eligible QR or NFC recovery products.
