Almost everything we sell is made for one person: a name printed on a label, a code bound to one bag tag. That means there is a making step before there is a shipping step, and this policy tells you exactly how long each one takes, what it costs — shipping is free — how your order travels, and what we do when a parcel goes astray. We would rather over-explain than have you refresh a page waiting on a parcel we can put right ourselves.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Refund, Return & Reprint Policy (/policies/refund-policy). Where a specific number appears in both, this policy controls for shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping at a glance
| Destination | Method | Production + transit | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Canada — all ten provinces | Standard mail — Canada Post. Untracked. | 1 to 3 business days production, then 5 to 8 business days in transit | Free — on every order, no minimum |
| Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and remote or rural postal codes | Standard mail — Canada Post. Untracked. | Same production time; add up to 10 extra business days in transit | Free |
| Made-to-order recovery tags (Recovery Bag Tag, Found-It TrailLock, Hush-Tag) | Standard mail, untracked | 3 to 5 business days production, then transit as above | Free |
| Custom-artwork, school, camp, team and bulk orders | Standard mail, untracked (bulk is quoted individually) | 5 to 7 business days after you approve the artwork proof, then transit as above | Free on retail orders; bulk quoted with your order |
| Store credit and reward credit | Delivered by email — nothing ships | Same day | No shipping charge |
| Outside Canada | We do not ship outside Canada — see section 3 | — | — |
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We ship one way: free Standard mail, to every Canadian address, with no minimum order and no threshold to reach.
Estimates, not guarantees. Every transit figure in this policy is an estimate based on Canada Post's published service standards and our own order history. We control our production time and we stand behind it. We do not control the mail, the weather, or a strike. Nothing here is a delivery guarantee, and delivery dates are not of the essence — but section 15 tells you what happens if an order runs badly late, and section 14 tells you why a late parcel is still our problem to fix. Where we are liable for a delay, our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
2. Production time — we make it before we mail it
2.1 What "production time" means. Tagnook labels are printed to your specification and recovery tags are minted and bound to an opaque code before they leave us. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for your order. Production time is the time between your order landing and your parcel being handed to Canada Post. It is separate from, and in addition to, every transit estimate in this policy.
2.2 The committed windows.
- Printed label packs, kits and stickers — 1 to 3 business days.
- Made-to-order recovery tags (Recovery Bag Tag, Found-It TrailLock 3D Travel Tag, Hush-Tag Silent Smart Pet ID) — 3 to 5 business days. These are made one at a time, and each one is finished, inspected and code-bound by hand.
- Custom-artwork orders (mascot and spirit stickers, school or team logos, anything with your own design) — 5 to 7 business days from the moment you approve the proof, not from the moment you order. We send the proof within 2 business days of your order; the clock starts when you reply "approved".
- Mixed orders take the longest window in the cart, and ship together in one parcel unless you ask us to split them.
2.3 Business days and the daily cut-off. A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario statutory holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 noon Eastern Time on a business day enter production that day. Orders placed after noon, on a weekend, or on a holiday enter production the next business day.
2.4 Back-to-school season. Between July 1 and September 15, volume roughly triples and printed-goods production may extend from 3 business days to 5 business days. When that happens we do three things, every time: we show the current production window on every product page, we repeat it in your order confirmation email, and we post it as a banner across the top of the store. We will never quietly let an order sit. If your order is time-sensitive, order early — production is the queue that matters, and an early order is the surest way to have your parcel in hand by a date.
2.5 Changes and cancellations. Because production starts quickly, we can usually only change or cancel an order before it enters production. Email support@tagnook.com with your order number as soon as you can and we will do whatever is still possible. Once a name has been printed, it cannot be un-printed.
2.6 Check your order confirmation — it shows exactly what will print. We print the text you submit character for character, including spelling, spacing and capitals. That is deliberate: "Zoë", "Zoe" and "ZOE" are all correct if that is what you chose. Your confirmation email shows the exact text going to the printer, so a two-second read there saves a reprint later. If the text you typed was wrong, that is not a printing defect — but we still help, on the stated goodwill terms in our Refund, Return & Reprint Policy.
3. Where we ship
We ship across Canada, and only across Canada. That includes every province and territory: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Québec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
3.1 The territories and remote postal codes are fully served — and shipping is free there too. We do not surcharge northern or rural addresses and we do not exclude any Canadian postal code. What changes is time, not price: add up to 10 business days to any transit estimate for Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and for remote, fly-in and seasonal-road communities anywhere in the country. Canada Post's own northern service standards vary with weather and air schedules, and in freeze-up and break-up seasons they can stretch further. If you are ordering north of 60 for a specific date, email us first and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
3.2 We do not ship outside Canada. Not to the United States, not anywhere else. Our recovery service operates in Canada only, so shipping a tag abroad would sell you something we cannot properly support. There are no customs, duty, brokerage or importer-of-record charges to worry about, because there is no cross-border shipping.
3.3 Freight forwarders and border pickup depots. For the same reason, our goods are sold for delivery in Canada. If an order is addressed to a freight forwarder, a parcel-consolidation service or a border pickup depot for onward export, we may cancel it and refund you in full before it ships. It is not a penalty — it is us declining to send a Canadian-only service across a border where it will not work for you.
3.4 If you are outside Canada, tell us anyway. We read every message. Email support@tagnook.com and tell us where you are. It genuinely helps us understand demand beyond Canada, and if we can already serve you some other way we will say so.
4. How your order travels
We ship with Canada Post. One free service, and a straight answer about tracking.
4.1 Standard mail is free, and it is untracked. Please read this before you order. Every order travels as ordinary Canada Post mail — the same stream as a letter or a small packet. That keeps shipping free for everyone, and it means there is no tracking number, no scan history, and no delivery confirmation. There is nothing to look up, and neither we nor Canada Post can tell you where your envelope is today. This is the single most common thing people write to us about, so we would rather you know it before you order than discover it on day six. Standard mail arrives in your mailbox or community mailbox, not at your door, and no one signs for it. What you get instead of a tracking page is section 10: if a parcel does not arrive, we reprint and reship it, free, rather than sending you to chase the carrier.
4.2 When we ship tracked ourselves — at our cost, not yours. Untracked is how a normal order travels, but in three situations we move to a tracked service and absorb the cost: (a) every reship after a lost parcel or damage in transit (section 10, section 11); (b) an account we have moved to tracked delivery after repeated losses, to give the next parcel a scan history (section 10.6); and (c) bulk, school, camp and team orders, which travel as parcels and are quoted with tracking included (section 13). You never pay extra for tracking, because you never select it — we add it where it protects the order.
4.3 Signature on delivery. We do not ship signature-required by default, and ordinary mail is not signed for. If you would like a signature on delivery — say, for a high-value gift — email us before you order and we will arrange a tracked, signed service and quote you the actual Canada Post postage for it. In the narrow circumstances described in section 12.4 we may require a signature ourselves, at our cost, and we tell you before we do.
5. What shipping costs, taxes, promotions and pricing errors
5.1 Shipping is free. Every order ships free by Standard mail to every Canadian postal code — the territories cost the same as downtown Toronto: nothing. There is no minimum order and no threshold to reach. The number you see at checkout for shipping is $0.00.
5.2 There is nothing to unlock. Because shipping is already free on everything, there are no free-shipping thresholds, no "spend $X to unlock" bars, and no shipping upgrades to buy. What you pay is the price of the goods plus applicable GST/HST (section 5.5), and nothing for postage.
5.3 Digital items. Gift cards, store credit and reward credit are delivered by email; nothing physical ships and there is no shipping line at all.
5.4 If part of an order comes back. Returns and cancellations are handled under our Refund, Return & Reprint Policy. Because outbound shipping was free, a partial return never triggers a retroactive shipping charge — there is no threshold to fall below. If a return is our fault — a misprint, a defect, damage in transit, or the wrong item — we also cover the cost of getting the replacement to you, and any return we ask for.
5.5 Taxes. All prices are in CAD and are shown before tax. GST or HST is calculated at checkout based on the province or territory of your shipping address, at the rate in effect on the day you order, and is shown to you before you pay. Our GST/HST registration number is 736444027 RT0001, and it appears on your order confirmation so a business customer can claim an input tax credit. We are not registered for provincial sales tax in British Columbia, Manitoba, Quebec or Saskatchewan, so no PST, RST or QST is added on those orders. There are no handling fees, no fuel surcharges and no remote-area surcharges — the number at checkout is the number you pay.
5.6 When something goes wrong, you never pay to fix it. Reprints, reships after a lost parcel, and replacements for damage in transit all ship tracked, at our cost. The narrow exceptions — an address you gave us incorrectly, a refused parcel, an unclaimed parcel — are in section 9, and even those we reship free within the fair-use limits in section 12.
5.7 Promotion codes. Discount codes are a thank-you, and we would rather they were easy to use than fenced with rules. The few rules there are: each code is single-use unless we say otherwise, codes cannot be combined with each other, a code has no cash value, and a code is void if it is resold, published outside the audience it was issued to, or obtained by giving us information that is not true. We may withdraw a code, or decline it on a particular order, where it is being used that way. Codes already correctly applied to a completed order are not clawed back.
5.8 Obvious pricing, stock and description errors. We build our own storefront, and once in a while a decimal point lands in the wrong place. Where a price, stock level or product description is obviously wrong — a $49 product listed at $4.90, a pack count that does not exist — we may correct it and cancel the affected order with a full refund, whether we notice before or after the order is accepted. Wherever we can, we email you first and offer you the choice of proceeding at the correct price instead. This applies only to genuine errors; it is not a way for us to reprice a normal order after you have paid for it.
6. Delivery estimates by region
Business days after your parcel is dispatched. Add the production time from section 2 to get the full door-to-door picture. Every order travels the same way — free, untracked Standard mail — so there is one estimate per region, not a menu of speeds.
| Region | Standard mail (free, untracked) |
|---|---|
| Ontario and Québec | 3 to 7 business days |
| Atlantic Canada — NB, NS, PE, NL | 5 to 9 business days |
| Manitoba and Saskatchewan | 5 to 9 business days |
| Alberta and British Columbia, major centres | 6 to 10 business days |
| Rural and remote postal codes, any province | 8 to 14 business days |
| Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut | 12 to 20 business days |
These are estimates and not guarantees. They assume a complete, correct address and normal carrier operations. Severe weather, labour disruption, air-cargo delays in the North, and the December peak all push them out — and when that happens we say so on the storefront rather than leaving you guessing.
7. Following your order
7.1 The two emails you will get. An order confirmation arrives within a few minutes of checkout, and it repeats the production window that applies to your items. A dispatch email goes out on the day your parcel physically leaves us, usually by 6:00 pm Eastern Time. Email is how we reach you about an order: we do not send SMS or text-message notifications. If you did not get the confirmation, check your junk folder before writing to us — it is the answer about nine times out of ten.
7.2 Your order travels untracked. Because Standard mail carries no tracking number (section 4.1), the dispatch email is your signal that the parcel is on its way — there is no scan history to watch. Use the regional estimates in section 6 to know roughly when to expect it, and count from the dispatch email, not the order date.
7.3 If the estimate has passed. First, give ordinary mail a little grace — an untracked item genuinely turns up on day fourteen more often than you would expect. If the section 6 window for your region has fully passed, that is the moment to write to us: email support@tagnook.com with your order number and we move straight to section 10 (we do not make you wait indefinitely, and there is no carrier claim for you to file).
7.4 If mail elsewhere on your street is arriving but yours is not. Before the section 10 window closes, please check the four places a mailed item most often hides: your community mailbox, any parcel locker or pickup box, anywhere a delivery card might be sitting, and with everyone else in your household — including the porch, the back door and the neighbour who takes in mail. When you write to us, just tell us you have checked those; we ask everyone, and we ask because it finds the item more often than anything else does. If it is still missing, we treat it as a lost parcel under section 10 — we do not make you argue with the carrier.
8. Addresses that trip people up
8.1 Apartments, units and suites. Put the unit number in the first line of the address, ahead of the street number, in the Canada Post format: Apt 402 - 123 Main St. A unit number stranded in the second address line is the most common cause of a returned parcel, because letter carriers often never see it.
8.2 PO boxes, rural routes and general delivery. All fine. Because we ship exclusively with Canada Post rather than a private courier, PO Box 44 Stn Main, RR 3, and General Delivery all work normally. If you are ordering to a PO box, remember the post office holds items for 15 days before returning them.
8.3 Schools and daycares. Shipping to a school, daycare or camp works, with three cautions. Address it to a named adult with an attention line — Attn: J. Tremblay — because mail addressed only to an institution or to a child often does not get handed to anyone. Confirm with the office that they accept personal mail; many do not. And do not ship to a school between late June and early September — the office is closed, and an unclaimed parcel comes back to us. Use a home address in the summer.
8.4 Your shipping address and the recovery service are unrelated. A Tagnook recovery tag carries an opaque code and nothing else — no name, no address, no phone number. It is a passive QR/NFC label: no battery, no GPS, no beacon and no live location. It cannot be used to track or locate a person, and a finder who scans one never sees your shipping address. Separately, we never ask you for a child's name for recovery, and a name printed on a label is not copied into the recovery record. You can optionally set a display name for an item; we ask you not to use a child's name, and if you flag an item as a child's, any display name is removed from the finder page automatically. The full picture is in our Recovery & Reward Terms.
8.5 Fixing an address. Email support@tagnook.com with the subject "Address change" and your order number. We can change an address any time before the dispatch email goes out — in practice, within about one business day of ordering. Once a parcel has been handed to Canada Post, it cannot be rerouted, and we have to wait for it to come back. For your protection we only change a delivery address on an instruction from the account the order was placed from.
9. Undeliverable, wrong address, and refused parcels
9.1 If the mistake is ours, we reship immediately, tracked, at our cost, and you do nothing.
9.2 If the address was incomplete or incorrect, or the parcel was refused, or it went unclaimed at the post office, the parcel comes back to us and we email you the same day it arrives. You then choose:
- reship it to a corrected address, free — the same as your original order — within the fair-use limits in section 12; or
- cancel, and we refund the merchandise price. Outbound shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct. Personalized goods that have already been printed cannot be resold or restocked, so this refund is a goodwill position rather than an obligation — we would still rather get the item to you.
9.3 We hold a returned parcel for 60 days. After 60 days without a reply from you, we recycle the goods and no refund is available. We will have emailed you at least twice before that point.
9.4 Reships after an address error are free — with a fair-use limit. Everyone mistypes a postal code once, and we do not charge you to fix it. Because the postage is a real cost we absorb each time, and the address is the one part of the order only you can get right, repeated address-error returns on the same account count toward the fair-use reship limit in section 12.4; beyond that we may ask you to confirm a corrected address before we reship again, rather than mailing repeatedly into the same mistake.
10. Late, lost and missing parcels
Almost every parcel arrives. When one does not, we fix it ourselves rather than sending you to file a carrier claim — that is our job, not yours. Because every order travels untracked (section 4.1), here are the exact waiting periods, and they are the honest ones for mail with no scan history. Both start from your dispatch email, not your order date.
10.1 The waiting period. We treat an untracked item as lost 15 business days after dispatch for addresses in the ten provinces, and 25 business days after dispatch for Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and remote postal codes. There is no way to shorten this — an untracked item genuinely does turn up on day fourteen more often than you would think, and reprinting on day eight simply means two parcels arrive. If tracking would have helped here, that is exactly why our reship in 10.3 goes out tracked.
10.2 Before the window, the quick checks. If mail is otherwise reaching your address, run the four household checks in section 7.4 — community mailbox, parcel locker, delivery card, and everyone at home. They resolve most "it never came" messages in a day, and they cost you nothing but a look.
10.3 What we do about it. We reprint your order and reship it by a tracked service, at our cost. No charge, no return required, no claim form, and we do not ask you to chase Canada Post yourself. If the reshipped, tracked parcel also fails to arrive, we refund you in full.
10.4 What we need from you. Your order number, the shipping address as you believe you entered it, and confirmation that you have run the household checks in section 7.4. That is all. We do not ask for a photo, a form, or a phone call.
10.5 The free reprint is once per order. One free reprint-and-reship covers a genuine non-arrival, and 10.3 sets out what happens if that second (tracked) parcel is lost too: a full refund, which is the end of that order rather than an endless chain of reprints. We do not print a third copy of the same order for free.
10.6 When a pattern appears. Almost nobody does this. But non-arrival claims are the one part of this policy that can be farmed, and the reason we can keep 10.3 free for everyone is that we watch for the pattern rather than pricing it into everyone's postage. So, where the number or value of non-arrival claims on an account is far outside what normal delivery produces, we may:
- ship that account's next parcels tracked, at our cost, so they carry a scan history — the honest fix for repeated losses is tracking, and it protects you as much as us;
- require a signature on delivery, at our cost where we impose it;
- ask for a statutory declaration or a police report before we reprint again, where repeated non-arrival claims involve orders over $150; and
- decline further free reprints on that account, while still supplying anything you have paid for.
We do not do any of this quietly. We email you first, we explain what we have seen, a person makes the decision, and you can reply and have it looked at again. Any measure we apply is lifted once normal delivery resumes. None of this affects your rights under the consumer-protection law of your province or territory (section 16).
10.7 Claim window. Tell us within 60 days of the dispatch email. After that Canada Post's own records have aged out and we can no longer investigate properly, so we cannot promise a free reprint — though we will still try to help.
Refunds arising from a lost parcel are processed under our Refund, Return & Reprint Policy (/policies/refund-policy).
11. Damaged in transit
11.1 Report it within 14 days of delivery. Email support@tagnook.com with your order number and two photos: the damaged item and the packaging it came in. The packaging photo helps us see how the damage happened in the mail stream.
11.2 What happens next. We reprint and reship at our cost, tracked, usually the same or next business day. You do not need to send the damaged goods back. Please keep the packaging until we confirm the replacement has shipped, then recycle it.
11.3 Wet, crushed or partially delivered. Same process, same window. If part of a multi-item order is missing from the parcel, tell us what is missing and we ship the remainder immediately — we do not make you return the part that arrived intact.
11.4 Occasionally we ask for a little more. For an unusually large claim, or where the damage described does not match what a Canada Post parcel does to goods, we may ask for an extra photo, or for the item back at our cost, before we reprint. We ask rarely, we ask politely, and we pay the postage. We may decline a replacement where the damage is clearly not transit damage — a label deliberately removed and re-stuck, for instance — and we will tell you plainly why rather than going quiet. Wear and failure in ordinary use is a different thing entirely and is covered generously by the 12-month guarantee in our Refund, Return & Reprint Policy.
12. Fair use of our shipping promises
Almost nobody needs this section. Our shipping promises are deliberately generous: free shipping on everything, free reprints when a parcel is lost, no return required, no claim forms, and we absorb the carrier problem instead of handing it to you. Promises like that stay affordable only if a very small number of people cannot farm them. So here, plainly, is what we reserve the right to do — and the first thing we do is always to email you and ask.
12.1 We may decline, cancel or hold an order. We may refuse or cancel any order, and hold an order for verification, where we reasonably suspect payment fraud, a stolen card, chargeback abuse, resale in breach of our Terms of Service, or a breach of these shipping terms. If we do, we refund in full anything we have not supplied, we email you to say so, and where verification is all that is needed we tell you exactly what would let the order proceed.
12.2 If something is wrong, please tell us before you tell your bank. We fix nearly everything in one email, usually within a business day, and a chargeback takes weeks and helps nobody. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we treat it as a dispute we may defend using our records — the order, proof of production, dispatch data, and our correspondence with you — and we may suspend the account and any store credit or reward credit while the dispute is open. Anything suspended is restored in full if the dispute resolves in your favour or you withdraw it. Nothing here limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or your rights under consumer-protection law; we simply ask to go first.
12.3 Reprints and reships are replacements, not extras. A free reprint exists so that you end up with the thing you paid for — once. Claiming damage or non-arrival in order to obtain a free duplicate set, and reselling reprints or reships, are not things this policy covers. Where an account shows that pattern we may decline further free reships, after telling you why.
12.4 A stated limit, so it is not a surprise. As a matter of course we cover up to three free non-arrival, transit-damage or address-error reships on an account in any rolling 12-month period, in addition to anything caused by our own error, which is never counted or capped. Beyond three we do not simply stop: we look at it with you, and the measures in 10.6 — tracked shipping at our cost, a signature on delivery, or a declaration on repeated high-value claims — are what we use instead of walking away. Our own mistakes are always on us, without limit.
12.5 Accounts, accurate details and automation. Please keep one account per person, give us a real name and a delivery address you control, and look after your password — orders placed from your account are treated as yours. Automated ordering, bots, bulk account creation, scraping the store, and probing or enumerating tag identifiers are not permitted, and the full terms on that are in our Terms of Service.
12.6 Resale. Tagnook tags and labels are sold for your own use. Reselling them, or reselling recovery capacity, requires a written wholesale agreement — which we are glad to talk about at sales@tagnook.com, and which is a better deal for you than buying at retail anyway.
12.7 How we decide. Every measure in this section is decided by a person, not by an automated rule acting on its own. We tell you what we have seen, we say what we are doing, and if you think we have it wrong you can reply to the same email thread and ask for a fresh review. We would far rather be talked out of a mistake than defend one.
13. Bulk, school, camp and team orders
Volume orders are quoted individually, because artwork, quantity, packing and delivery date all move together and a flat rate would either overcharge you or underserve you. Schools, daycares, camps, sports teams, fundraising groups and retailers should email sales@tagnook.com.
Tell us the quantity, the products, your artwork if you have it, and the date you need it in hand. We come back with a quote covering unit price, a firm production schedule, and whether we can split-ship to multiple addresses. Bulk orders ship tracked, at no separate charge — it is built into the quote — and for large or dated orders we can arrange a delivery-window commitment that ordinary retail mail does not carry. Custom-artwork production is 5 to 7 business days from proof approval, so please build proof time into your deadline.
Artwork you send us. By sending us a logo, mascot, photo or text to print, you confirm you own it or are licensed to use it that way, and you cover us for third-party claims arising from it, as set out in our Terms of Service. We may decline to print anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, obscene, or presented so as to pass itself off as another brand, and we will cancel and refund such an order in full rather than print it. If you believe artwork we have printed infringes your rights, email support@tagnook.com with the subject "Rights notice" and we will act on it promptly.
14. Risk of loss and when the goods become yours
14.1 Title. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
14.2 Risk of loss. Consistent with section 4.1 of our Terms of Service, risk of loss passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier, to the extent applicable consumer-protection law permits. In Québec — and in any province or territory whose law provides otherwise — risk stays with us until the parcel is actually delivered to you. Where the law says the risk is ours, it is ours, and this policy does not change that.
14.3 In practice this distinction should never reach you. Whatever the legal allocation says, our commercial position is the one in section 10: if a parcel we shipped does not arrive, we reprint and reship at our own cost. We do not send customers to file carrier claims and we do not use the risk-transfer clause to refuse a reprint. It is there to allocate risk between us and the carrier, not to leave you holding an empty mailbox.
15. If an order runs badly late
If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date shown in your order confirmation, you may cancel it and we will refund you in full, even for personalized goods that have already been printed. Email support@tagnook.com and say you want to cancel a late order. We will not argue the point, and we will not ask you to keep waiting.
16. Your consumer rights are preserved
Nothing in this policy removes or reduces any right you have under the consumer-protection law of your province or territory — including Québec's Consumer Protection Act, Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, and the equivalent legislation elsewhere in Canada. Those laws set rules about delivery, cancellation of distance contracts, and who bears the risk of goods in transit, and they apply to you regardless of anything written here. Where this policy conflicts with a right you cannot lawfully be asked to give up, the law wins and that part of this policy does not apply to you. That includes every clause in sections 9, 10, 11 and 12.
17. Governing law and where disputes are heard
17.1 Governing law. This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
17.2 Venue. Any dispute arising out of this policy may be brought in the courts of Toronto, Ontario. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing proceedings in the courts of the province or territory where you live. If you live in Québec, you may bring proceedings in Québec, and nothing here waives any right you have to participate in a class action or any right you have under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time — carriers change their service standards, and seasons shift. Changes take effect when we post the updated version and we will update the "Last updated" date above. The version in force when you placed your order is the version that governs that order, so a change never applies retroactively to something already in production.
